Oil Work and Longer Sessions
If you are choosing between oil work and Thai stretching, the simplest test is whether you are stiff or whether you are tired. Stiff usually wants stretching. Tired usually wants oil.
Ninety minutes suits slow oil work better than sixty, because the first fifteen minutes go on simply persuading the body to let go. We will quote the longer session honestly rather than pushing it — if an hour is right for you, an hour is what we will say.

Hygiene. Towels and sheets are used for one client and then laundered, never carried on to the next booking. The bed is cleaned before and after every session, and Preethy carries their own oils. Nothing in your home is used.
