JLT runs on desk work, and it shows in the neck and shoulders. If you are stiff rather than sore in one spot, traditional Thai is the one — clothed, no oil, the therapist stretches you through a sequence. For one knot that will not shift, deep tissue.
If you are simply exhausted rather than in pain, a full body relaxation massage with oil does more for sleep than either. Describe the problem when you message and we will say which fits. JLT bookings most often go to Nuna, Toto and Nadia, and any of our 25+ therapists can be requested by name.
